Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MRP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MRP account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
